400 for 5970..... that's actually reasonableRRP are the prices set by ATi themselves, Overclockers can't complain if those prices are mentioned anyway as that's what it's supposed to be.
I THINK they were supposed to be:
£180 for 5850
£280 for 5870
£400 for 5970
For various reasons, they've gone up, part of the reason is low yields, as well as low availability but high demands.
yeah, all of about £10 increase on a 59701st Jan all prices will got up due to the VAT going back to 17.5%.![]()
I have got my 5970 for 440£, sold my 4870x2 for a 100£ ,the card is worth every bit of 340£ thats for sure, as for OCuk prices however (especially at launch), they really are pathetic.![]()
