Having previously worked producing staff performance figures I think I have a fair idea of who works hardest and who doesn't. But I'd rather not go into any detail thanks.
I can only speak from my experience though. As I said, the vast majority work very hard.
You don't think I haven't had a white board in a pacesetter/lean environment? Or seen the spreadsheet go up the line? Get a grip man, its all a ******* lie. It has NOT been rolled out across dept/business streams as it should have been, and any results are void because there is very often no comparison.

No wander you don't want to go into detail, cause its crap and doesn't actually work.
I also think a large proportion work hard, but I also think they are losing the wrong people at the moment.
