genuinely don't think that bezels would bother me on that setup - it's a moving image and your eye will flick between the monitors without noticing. Use a multi monitor setup at work and frankly half the time forget that it's split.

I am SO happy that this EyeFinity has come out! I was not looking forward to getting that TripleHead gizmo. To think that in XP you could game across dual monitors with no problem. And then Microsoft went and removed the Horizontal Span in Vista & W7....dang.

But EyeFinity is here...rejoice

maxilive - dude cool setup you got there. I wanted to ask ya - that LCD display on your keyboard...can it show like ammo remaining in a FPS game or maybe like fuel remaining when playing flight sim etc?

awesome set-up above there , but a stock q6600 with a 5870 .. any problems with it limiting it or not enough to bother?

You can if people make the correct application, I've only seen a few so far (Battlefield 2 for example). Hopefully people will get busy coding more applications for it, I managed to use it on Live for Speed to show how fast I was going/RPM etc.

I would say my CPU is probably bottlenecking a fair bit

I will do some overclocking over Christmas once I get some time. I've not noticed any issues with the CPU not being able to keep up but I'm guessing it's got to be causing some damage

Right sorry about that i updated something in my photobucket account earlier, everything should be as normal now. Got some screenshots that I've also got in my folders, little busy atm so havne't had enough time to go digging

How did you take those screen shots in Dirt 2? My fraps won't take any! Plus what res are you running at?

By pressing f10

Never had any problems, bar a couple of games, were my SS's just don't appear on my backup.

Everything's at 5040x1050.

also, in l4d2, have you tried 8v8 in eyefinity, if so was wondering how many names it showed across the bottom

Not a massive fan of racers in recent years but this setup has rekindled my love for them

It really does shine with these type of games.

Your able to hack the HUD files in valves source games so its all fixable, if need be. Havn't got L4D2 yet so i can't say by default rly.

Quick question (possibly silly) - do we need 3 x monitors of the same size. How about a 28" in the middle and then 2 x 23" either side.

Okay, thinking about it, it's probably better with 3 of the same!

Doesn't matter about dimensions, they just all need to be running at the same resolution.
Personally i think 3 of the same monitor looks the best.

yes but buying 3 bezelless oled screen would cost more than the average car atm.
