Hmmm, hardly a revelation. Source OP? I'd take them with a pinch of salt if the nvidia logo is in the corner! I reckon in real life they'll probably be about the same or just outperform the Radeons, but I also predict they'll be more expensive.

If those are correct looks like those shaders are good for something

tho the ATI scores in the RE5 tests look a little low - tho without exact setup to compare impossible to say but same settings when I was testing the 5870 got 108fps not 94.

EDIT actually dunno if thats the variable or game set of results so I guess can't compare.

This is getting confusing now... 1600 was the original core target... 480sp on the 360 was dropped awhile back*... and look at the VRAM compared to mentioned elsewhere...

yea with 5800 using beta drivers , but still not excuse good to them if they do well. i guess its good that i canceled mine 5850
