i have upped it to +0.150 as it errored again, this is showing in post as 1.39 as is OCCT under load, think thats as high as i can take it so if this doesnt work then looks like i hit my limit pretty quickly.
 
well it did the full 12mins of OCCT on 437x7.5 (3.27GHz) VCore +0.150 max temp 64 deg. so will run 3dmark06 as in the past when doing an oc i find this crashes the system if there is a weakness, leave OCCT going over night if 3dmark06 is successful, then will try lowering the VCore tomorrow as its getting late now.

3.27GHz :( but yeah a 31% overclock aint bad on, well cheap components. would a newer, better mobo allow higher gains or am i close to the cpu limit. its a shame, on a 12min OCCT test it does 6-8mins fine so must be close to being ok.
 
first time i have ever got vantage to finish, is this really poor results?
