1366 short cooler recomendations

Your link isn't working, so I don't know if this is the cooler you had been looking at already, it's the Noctua NH-C12P, it isn't listed on the shop webpage as being compatible with 1366 boards, but I just read a review that said the Secufirm2 mounting bracket from Noctua makes all of their heatsinks compatible with X58 boards, and all you need to do is contact Noctua with proof that you bought their cooler, and you have an X58 board and they will send you the mounting bracket free of charge..

It got 5 out of 5 in the ocmodshop review so it can't be that bad of a cooler..
 
That thing just looks like the stock i7 cooler, which should be fine at stock speeds, or a small overclock.

Have a look here, has top 5 low profile heatsinks, incl 110mm or less section and even splits depending on if preference is noise or cooling. Theyre aimed at 775 but just manually check which ones now have 1366 backplate etc
Edit: in fact quick look suggests the scythe Zipang, now comes ready for 1366, unfortunately OcUK dont seem to stock anymore
 
Thanks for that link, it's most useful. I've just found out that my Asus P6T also supports s775 heatsinks to that widens my options somewhat. I was thinking I'll return the one I bought under the DSR, but for what it'll cost me to post I might as well keep it as a backup.
