I know this debate has been done to death but I completly agree with him. I guess I've been lucky as I've only had the problem with one game, but if I didn't know much about computers (lets face it most gamers don't) then I wouldn't have got it working. It should just work out of the box for everyone and that's it. The only copy protection that works is Steam style activation, but even that can be a bit of an annoyance sometimes.Before I start, I buy all my games and I can take photos of the boxes to prove it if you want.I know this debate has been done to death but I completly agree with him. Same way you only see those "PIRACY IS A CRIME, YOU THIEF" advertisements on retail movies.
tbh if he wanted no problems he should have bought all his games off steam seemingly hes willing to pay 50$ for a game lol
DRM only ever hurts the legitimate consumer, pirates simply bypass it and ironically end up with the better experience, i've been saying this for months now.
