rage against the x-factor - Outcome: RATM is the Christmas Number One!

Being a fan of their music doesn't mean I have to agree with their political points of view.

Yes everyone who has bought it are sheep, I'm not arguing this, hence I said I'd rather be a sheep with a middle finger (hoof) in the air starting/participating in worthy movements (imo) than one of the ones at the back licking its balls and bleeting waiting to be spoonfed the same old crap :)

And that's your prerogative, but lots of people think RATM is crap too y'know, and may see this 'movement' as stupid. It may be the same old crap you to, but not to someone who likes that. It wouldn't sell at all if nobody liked it.

The little quest may have been fun, but it didn't change a damn thing. People should learn to accept and respect other people, not try to spite them.

Also lol at hoof. :D

EDIT: And thanks for the people who said I wasn't a troll. I'm only offering another opinion for some interesting banter, not trying to **** you all off!

I bought the RATM album when it was released. 'Know your ememy' is a better track though. Why RATM anyway? It's a good song/band but there are plenty of better ones.

I think X-Factor is terrible. I don't see the appeal of it really. The first Pop-Stars was mildly entertaining in parts as was the first Big Brother. For me, a big part of appreciating music is being impressed by the writing of it. As for X-Factor, I don't care what dancing you do, I don't care what you dress up in each night and I don't care how good looking you are. If I want to see images of women I'll look in the relevant places.

The reason people are raging against Joe is the fact he has been a cocky little **** the past week.

Sorry but anyone who even says these types of things against a true band like RATM who are more successful than he will ever be deserves all he gets.

its only his opinion ? you probably say the same things about a lot of pop songs

;) It's all valid mate. I think more people appreciated the "movement" than Joes song, otherwise we wouldn't be in the situation we are in now. Regardless or not if they like the music, to me thats just a bonus!

KYE is one of my favourites from the album. KitN is probably one of my least favourite songs on that album, due to being over played, the only exception being Freedom.

Bullet In the Head is almost my favourite but picking a favourite is like being forced to pick which of your children you don't want to be killed!! :)

His opinion is extremely cocky and arrogant, especially the quote about "Not even getting to boot camp"

When you make such opinions public, you're bound to get hated by some people.

Appropriate lyrics perhaps? :

"And now you do what they told ya, now you're under control"

"**** *** I won't do what you tell me" just about covers it.
