NEW STEAM DEALS!!!!

i mean licensed to play. the original cs was just an add on pack where as css or hl2 requires an additional purchase

pretty sure it allows manual upgrade or automatic even, not sure since i only usually play css now though cs is still played a lot I believe

If you already own CS retail then I believe you can link it to Steam, but otherwise it is a separate purchase (I know as I bought both separately through Steam).

Nope, still on the HL1 engine, just tweaked to provide some basic physics support and better water effects.

Actually, it runs on HL2 engine (hence the Source in the name), but uses all of HL1 assets, so that it looks just like the original except for those few effects (water, physics).

So far i've gone for

Evil Genius
Cogs (1 day)
Burnout Ultimate (1 day)
GTA IV (1 day)
Defence Grid the Awakening (1 day)
Mr Robot (1 day)
Ghost Master

Evil Genius is way better than I had expected, not aged badly at all - I play it in a window to get round the wide screen lack of support, very clever game.

COGs is also proving great fun (still in a sale just not a 1 day one any more) - the dev said on his fan page that they had sold 13,500 copies on the 1 day sale.

Got 3 Shattered Horizon guesst passes up for grabs, you know the drill, reply with steamid.

And lol, just got a call of barclaycard fraud detection, probabley because my last purchase went a bit haywire, and my last 5 transactions have been at steam, lol.

Had a call from Barclays about that too, yesterday because I bought some AMD polo shirts from OcUK (don't ask) and some steam deals.

I'm still up for a shattered horizon clan (4) pack with three other people buying the game.

£10 for both Crysis games is brilliant. If only i didn't have them already.
And you get Crysis Wars which is almost a game in itself.

Got SF4 for £7 in an aptly named shop that sells games on the high street a few days back and i think D2D has it on offer too.

Edit: Just realsied SF4 is £7 on Steam too. Though it said £20 a few a few minutes ago :s
V. Good deal at that price
