Been up Hanley for the morning and it started snowing heavy at around 12 so we decided to head back home, the snow was really heavy and the roads were gridlocked as the snow was sticking very quickly.
Abandoned our bus in Burslem and walked the remaining 15 minutes back home, eased off a bit for around an hour but as i type this the heavens have opened and it's coming down fast and thick again!
Really? It's raining in Smallthorne lol.
York team coach is stuck on the M6 at Junction 18 in the snow, they have a police escort down the A500 to the Council Stadium!

Panic outside my house (Kidsgrove) people just can't drive... :( Merc & Audi drivers in the main around here! :D[/QUOTE]
I know where you live now :D Hate coming down that road, hard to stay at 30mph :p Can imagine it being difficult to drive up there in these conditions.
I went to OCUK at around 14:30 and the A34 on the other side was chocker going towards Talke/Kidsgrove.
I decided to leave my car at the top of the road that OCUK is on and I put a note in the window saying I'd broke down.
When I walked up the hill from OCUK, 2 cars couldn't make it.
