My two year old has just got all green and funky, finished the map on mw2, reset it then got then E74 one red ring of death :(

Thanks for telling us!

Turnaround time isn't too bad at the moment (providing the snow doesn't slow things down!).

Anyone buying a console these days should know the failure rate and the fact your machine will die eventually.

We really don't need a thread every time a console dies.

Slight thread jacking but saves making another.

Is there any difference between an acrade system and the premium apart from the arcade doesn't come with a hard drive? Thinking of going out and finding a cheap arcade until mine gets fixed then flog one of them. Could i just stick my HDD on an arcade and be away?

With the Arcade and Pro Falcons no.

But with the latest Jasper, the Arcades have 512mb (was 256mb before this) NAND memory for your saves.

So basically you are getting a 512meg SSD on your system for game saves.

Yes....the arcade will constantly ask you weather where the save file is. Its a small thing but I found it annoying.

I thought the same; that it was just the Arcades doing this due to the two types of memory possible.

But my Jasper Elite does the same thing too, and I only have the hard drive installed.

And agree it is seriously annoying.
