Jonathan Ross is leaving the BBC

Its not saving money, if he left and they dropped 2p off the licence thats one thing, but they'll just stick the money in an exec, or apparently Graham Norton's pocket, both of which are a bigger waste. Ross isn't great, he's certainly not bad and he's one of the best a very weak BBC lineup has to offer these days. Excluding the documentary guys he's probably the best guy they employ, but then I can't stand most of the tripe the bbc puts out now.

Graham Norton is one of the single most irritating people on earth, completely not funny, awful guest selection and the few guests he's had that aren't complete moron's, his interview skills are non existant and he asks boring questions when he's not having people play stupid games. I can't understand anyone but a retarded 5 year old finding him interesting, that he can make millions a year is almost sickening.

Graham Norton replacing Jonathan Ross? Oh dear. :(

If it turns into "Friday Night with Graham Norton" i will be turning my tv off!

I really like Rossy, and I think it's a shame that it's become the norm to show anamosity towards him since the 2008 incident. He's a loving family man, and a unique entertainer. Very funny and quick witted, a lot of his best lines on FNWJR are improvised off the back of something a guest has said.

I think it's a shame that England has shunned him for one mistake. I'll definitely miss him.

I used to enjoy watching FNWJR with my girlfriend sometimes, however, I won't greatly miss him. If Graham Norton is any where near my TV I throw up, I loathe that people enjoy watching the likes of him and Alan Carr, I can't stand it. Can't believe the BBC would turn to him.

Actually it is worth pointing out, though I rarely bother watching it(just barely watch english tv at all these days) he is a pretty good film critic. I didn't always agree with him, but he did often have a go at films for things I thought were poor that other people would gloss over.

His friday night show has been good and bad, again I barely watch it but the few times I have its normally somewhat entertaining, especially compared to the other stuff the BBC does.

Couldn't care less how much Ross makes on C4 on other channels, at least its not us being forced to pay for it.

I wouldn't give a flying **** how much Norton gets paid if the channel had to generate its own revenue from ad sales and syndication, I could only pray on a channel with Norton he's get such low viewing figures they wouldn't give him much cash, though obviously some idiots in the uk do watch him. I'd prefer his wages not coming out of my pocket.

Take him or leave him really but I'm surprised that hasn't happened sooner after what happened last year. Since his return you can see quite obviously his tightened lip. That's not his style.
