i know this don't come with any fans but does it come with the fan clips to attach them

Yup 2 sets of clips for a 2 fan push/pull configuration.

don't know if your out there but will it fit a AM3 without messing up dimm slot 1 and 2 (i'm sure no one knows the answer to this been posting it for 3 days lol)

That's an AM2+ mobo in the picture and it fits fine, not sure if AM3 has the CPU socket any nearer the DIMM slots?

Just got one of these coolers and can confirm you do get 2 sets of clips.

Is a very good cooler as well.

I think whether or not it will block the first RAM slot will depend on the board you are using and the fan and RAM type. I have an Asus m4a79T deluxe with an Akasa PWM fan and it blocks the first slot - but I think this is because i'm using RAM with a high heat-spreader, other RAM might not be affected, and on other boards it might not be an issue.
