The £599 DVLA price includes the £80 transfer and registration fee iirc, so to make it worth someones while stick it on e-bay for £250, so total cost of £330 for the buyer, a good saving on the DVLA price.

Main problem is a plate like that could sit for ages without selling.

It's a lovely car, you must be quite happy with it. I've always thought Audis were quite aesthetically pleasing, both inside and outside (apart from those blue seats ha!).

I doubt I will drive it much though on test drive it was actually very nice, will stick with my car though and leave the TT for the missus

The new TT is terrible. I've got short legs (30" legs) and needed the seat all the way back. My head hits the ceiling and can barely see anything out of the car. The 2.0 TDI engine in it was limited to 2500rpm when stationary too. It was slow compared to BMW's *20d engines when taken for a passenger ride in it.

My dad has some weird colour leather in his X5, my experience is colored leathers always look worse in photos.

Pretty much this, and as long as your missus is happy that's the main thing.

I'm curious as to why this would be a problem? Its a 2.0 diesel, you're not going to be sitting it revving it at the lights...likewise a full throttle, clutch dumping start is pretty futile with an engine like that

It isnt worth anything, might as well keep it, nice single digit plate makes the car look a bit better.

so a focus is crap because i have shorter legs than you and have the seat right back?

The small time i've spent in the new tt i enjoyed. Only annoying thing was how wide i had to open the door to get in!
