Hi guys, I was wondering. Anybody that has ordered it from play.com received their code yet?

Me and a friend both ordered it on the 25th and we haven't heard anything from them yet.

keys go out on the 28th as far as I remember

"Pre-Order from Play.com and receive a code to access the PC BETA before anyone else! The BETA is due to start on the 28th January 2010 (subject to change). Codes and instructions on how to access the BETA early will be emailed two days prior (currently 26th January) to the start of the BETA. Please note, pre-orders already taken will automatically receive a code."

According to a few posts with other suppliers I would expect them today hopefully. Gamestop etc said a 24 hr delay in keys.

Both the Germans and Australians have started to receive their keys now. No doubt we'll be last, or close enough too as usual.

Isnt this kinda false advertisement tho? if i get mine before you they lied take them to court

Why are people getting wound up soo about beta keys?

They are not going to stiff you, you will get them when they get them.

Blame E.A/Dice.

As long as you get the keys before the client is launched, what has been lost?

Or have I missed something?

As long as i get mine so i can play the beta it doesn't matter, if it comes today or tomorrow that's fine.

Can you order from play, get the beta key, and then cancel the order?

I hate this buy before you try. What if I dont like the game?

I've ordered from play also.

Not received my key yet. I'm not too bothered as long as I receive it today, but in principle they should have sent it out yesterday, as their advert stated.

Play sometimes just fail to deliver the free codes etc.

They've not given me 'Dawn of War' special gear codes, 'Age of Conan' gear codes, Killzone 'ps3 wallpaper' the list goes on.
They did however once give me my RFONLINE beta code when preordering...

Anyways moving on, once we get our codes what then? Because it's gonna take us a while to download the client? Anyone know where to get a headstart DL the client?

Seems you dont need a key to d/l the client but only a key to start playing. Which is a shame because their could be a torrent up by now which would help a lot of low banwidth people get ready for thursday/friday.
