Ordered the Prolimatech Mega Shadow along with 2 Akasa Apache Black 120mm fans this morning to replace my rather crappy Titan Femrir.

Reason i say crappy is because of the direct contact heatpipes, it wasn't flat hence didn't make proper contact with my i7 920.

I had to use quite abit of AS5 to get good contact which isn't good and max i could clock to keep it in range of decent temps was 3.6Ghz hitting 75c in Prime 95.

As i have a Corsair 800D case thought black will suite the case more than silver hence paying abit more for the Mega Shadow & Black Apache fans.

Hopefully tomorrow when it arrives i be able to hit 4Ghz without to much trouble.

Came this morning, does a much much better job than my titan ever did currently sat on 3.8Ghz atm

Here a couple of pics with it installed

Defo getting me an 800D, those cases are just so damn pretty inside!

Honestly you just can't go wrong with the 800D, it's just so easy to hide everything away.

I remember years ago fighting with various cases trying to hide wires out the way, without to much luck.

Ok thanks for the info. Voltage seems very low there. I have never used an i7 just after a new cooler for my Q6600 and am after a set up like yours. Big cooler with two fans
