To those who dislike UK "immigrants"

I would be fascinated to see your 8000 year old family trees, you know from back when the UK became separated from Europe.

I mean if you don't have your family history back that far then it stands to reason your ancestors very likely moved here (heck they might have invaded the country).

Now I am proud to be British, but do you guys actually understand what that even means?

Sorry to stand in the middle, but there's no right and wrong about being British. There's plenty of things that caucasians (who can trace their ancestry here in Britain) do/say etc., that I disagree with. But also the same applies to some who move here.

I find that oddly enough the wrongs and rights that are one group tend to funnily enough be in the other. For the most part that is.

I seem to be missing the point.

There is vast difference between the migration that took place 8,000 years ago and that of today. Of course we are all really one big family and in an ideal world the freedom to move between and settle in countries would not be an issue. However, in the real world where countries are limited by finite resources and money there must be controls in place.

This, I really don't care who lives here as long as they work for money, don't just claim benefits and send them back home. If they do everything legally and fair for everyone else I really don't care.
