For anyone who actually does get it downed and installed on steam. let me know if you are getting asked for a key when you sign into ea. inside the game. Total joke lol.

scooby555t · 28 Jan 2010 at 18:05

Sukh · 28 Jan 2010 at 18:06

Haven't seen it on any newsgroups yet, so will wait for that and then get it.

iamTakeo · 28 Jan 2010 at 18:06

Guys, search bad company 2 in The Pirate Bay, theres 1 beta torrent, currently says theres 0 Seeds and 0 Leeches - hasnt updated yet; theres actually thousands, Currently doing 150kB/s on mediocre connection, will be done in 3 hours.

Using Server -> Client distrobution of this is lunacy IMO

torN · 28 Jan 2010 at 18:06

Way too early to call it yet. Anyone who remembers the America's Army 2 launch knows what a fail release looks like.

Ukraine let me down! Moved to Thailand and getting 150kbps grr. One day, the Internet will be fast.

That'll do Skip, that'll do...

Pyroblaze · 28 Jan 2010 at 18:10

Here it is on a filehost if anyone is having trouble from the main site as they're apparently overloaded.

we all agreed to a contract that we buy a pre-order version to be able to play the game on Jan 28th...if i have finished my download and it asks me for a beta key i did not recieve and i cant play it today i will sue them...my brother is a lawyer..im not kidding...they think that they can mess around with gamers like us...they cant

the contract conditions are clear...due to some law changes years ago(especially in europe) contracts HAVE to fullfill their advertisment aspects...

Man i love these threads...

torN · 28 Jan 2010 at 18:11

If youre downloading from steam i wouldnt get your hopes up just yet after you install, seems there was an error with cdkeys and once you login BC2 asks for a cdkey, apprently steam/dice/ea are working on the issue now.
