Most disappointing game of this year for you?

Farcry 2 was fail, end of the series for me, but that wasn't this year.

Arma 2 was a real let down. Ran like crap and was just not interesting.

GTA 4 was technically amazing, but had none of the fun of the previous games.

If you read post 1 in this thread you'd see that the OP is talking about games he's played last year and not just games that were released in the last year. All the games he mentions were released in 2008.

Dragon Age was the biggest disappointment for me as well.
 
borderland was crap

Arma 2 is only fun if you got the group of people to play with, I had a great time play Arma 2 when the ocuk server was still up and running.

Dragon Rising. Pretty much overhyped - was glad not to spend the full price on it.

(Am still playing Arma2 - now it has ACE and 1.05, 'tis a different game)

Of 2008, GTA4

than farcry2 it had great ideas but my god it didn't do anything what it said on the box

Merc 2 to a extent as it does do everything it says it does, fairly nice graphics too, but my god buggy land and poor performance

of 2009, can't remember what came out :p actually I don't think I own any 2009 games -.-

not sure when end war or HAWX came out as they would be in the list too
 
After getting into the Star Trek Online beta last October, that game became the dissapointing game of the year.

Most surprisingly good game was The Sabotuer.
 
Call of Juarez bound in blood with that stupid quickdraw that prevented you playing the game any further unless you beat it and some were impossible if you had a certain type of mouse
 
After playing Far cry to death I was looking forward to the follow up. Just couldn't get nto it so have to say that
