**HTC HD2 Thread**

Just go for a custom ROM! Don't know how to backup the stock, but you should be able to download this from HTC/Vodafone?

And why do you need to ring people? If texts get stuck they'll sit in your outbox, so you can see if they haven't sent - they don't just disappear into the mobile aether :).

OK. Couldn't find it on their website (VF). Just don't want to be knackered if the phone breaks and it needs to go back to them with a non-standard ROM. Hell, they probably wouldn't ever know!

Ahh OK. I did think this would happen but could never find the outbox! A quick dig around (change to Traditional Mode) and there it is - with 3 texts!! :rolleyes: Thanks Russ

Oh and a "fix" is to soft reset and send another text (to yourself if need be). But you shouldn't have to do any of that with the new hotfixes.
 
So I have tried g-alarm, and it doesnt seem to fire off the alarm at the set time, nor stop when im testing it :/
Anyone got a download link to a version they know works? Or a better alarm?
 
Hi im just wondering has anyone got flash to work in opera or is there a custom browser you can get thats decent that has flash in it? My brother has 5800 xpress nokia and that runs opera and has flash but yet the hd2 doesnt? :s

Thats why i always get my phones from phones4u, get the same great deals and they ALWAYS come unlocked and debranded :)

Internet Explorer comes installed on the device as part of WM and it supports Flash. The next full release of Opera also will.
 
Having some issues here. I need to move my contacts from my old sony ericsson to the new hd2 on windows vista.
I dont have outlook, so windows mobile centre wont let me do anything, all the contacts are in my windows contacts...

Anyone got any ideas? :(

Edit: Huzzah for bluetooth!! :D
Just need an alarm now and im happy.
