Right guys, maybe someone can help me... I've been trying to snipe in games, but I'm having this really really annoying problem with controlling the mouse. It's most noticeable when playing sniper, but I do get it with other weapons when trying to look relatively long range and making very precise movements targetting people. Particularly when targetting long range targets, it feels like the mouse is snapping to a grid and isn't pixel to pixel.
For example, I could be trying to hit a stationary target which is just very slightly to the right of my cursor, so I move my mouse a tiny bit to the right, and the cursor in a snapping motion snaps to the right of where I'm trying to target, I move ever so slightly to the left and suddenly my cursor is exactly where it was before, to the left of my target. It's infuriating, especially when trying to do some precise shooting.
Anyone have any idea what it could be? I have a Razer Deathadder and I've played with the mouse settings including sensitivity ingame, but nothing seems to be helping...
