The Dominatrix outfit was for a Halloween party, nothing to do with her Lingerie Line. And saying that, aside from the boots, I'm not really sure it's a Dominatrix outfit, she was probably just a witch and the media spun it.
That said though, lingerie line for kids is pretty wrong. Obviously the news article doesn't show any of it really, but I highly doubt it's going to be stockings and suspenders.... a high quality line of underwear endorsed by a 'celebrity' sounds a lot better if you call it a lingerie line than just an underwear line. It's just the connotations that go with the word.
It's clearly the parents that are the issue here though.
They obviously pushed Miley at a young age to get her to where she is, they want to do the same for her sister. Considering who her Father is, you've got to expect that being celebrities they live a life that's different to what the rest of the world see as normal anyways.

Huh??...what does this have to do with the American govt??...i suppose they could dress little mite up in some sexy lingerie then drop her in Iraq...might be a better option as she would probably scare half of them to death

I honestly do not see a problem with this. As long as the child is not naked in any way shape or form and is not taking part in any sexual acts what so ever then it's still perfectly legal and nothing wrong with it. Who says children can't dress up and look how they like, just because society deems it wrong (mainly due to the amount of sick people out there that could take advantage of stuff like this) it isn't wrong. The problem lies with the people that think it's wrong.
Having a look at the pics of this Cyrus girl...why shes been given a boys name is beyond me but meh...she strikes me as an old woman trapped in a little girls body...theres absolutely nothing cute about her.

Personally if my daughter was wearing that sort of stuff she wouldnt be allowed out but im hoping that when and if i do have kids...me and my wife will teach them what is wrong and what is right ie morally acceptable and girls dressing up in lingerie is not morally right imho. In fact anyone who thinks its perfectly ok for a 9yr old to dress like that needs their heads checked in all honesty.
