Someone else said yesterday it was being released inside the latest finaly fantasy 13 thread.

So this is just incase anyone missed that and loved this game on the playstation :D

£7.99 , mines just downloading now!

That is incredibly well priced for such a good game.


Let's get some nostalgia going (i'm not buying this since i have the original).

Can anyone confirm it works (finally) on the PSP?
 
I purchased it because I have the memory of a fish and I honestly couldnt remember if I'd played it before. After watching youtube videos it does seem to bring back some memories, this is going to feel like a brand new game with my memory! :D

Also my favourite Final Fantasy, been waiting for this to show up since 7 came on PSN. WIll be DL'ing and bringing back the memories as soon as I get home.

Still remember first time I got owned by a Ruby Dragon :(
 
Love this game, been waiting ages for it to come out. Already own it on disc but my version doesn't work with the PS3.

VIII is still my most favourite game intro of all time.
 
Instant purchase and downloading right now. Wonderfully price too as it's the same as FFVII.

The Junction mechanic is within one of my Top 3 out of all Final Fantasy magic/skill systems, FFV and FFX-2's Job System being the No.1 for me.
 
Yep, loved the junction system. And although I know some people hated the draw command, I never had a problem with it. I was a completionist too (though who isn't in FF games), so I had to get 100 of every spell. Great stuff imo.

But the best thing about FF8 was the fantastic end sequence, that was just crammed with so many great touches and moments. Zell choking on the hotdogs, Selphie in the cowboy hat, Seifer's smile as Garden passes overhead, Rinoa and Squall exchannging looks on the balcony, and Garden floating off into the horizon as the FF prelude played. The whole thing was so well put together, it was breathtaking.

I agree - that was almost a perfect ending :)

Vagrant Story

Now all i want is:
FF6
FF9

And then ill have the best handheld console i ever owned:D

Even though there is already the PSP exclusive remake of it entitled War of the Lions, but add the original PSOne version of Final Fantasy Tactics in there, hell maybe even Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross as well. **** I should mention Xenogears as well.

Then you can truely call it your best. :D

(Unless you have a Nintendo DS also, then you get the best of both sides :p)
