Argh! What an annoyance this is! When I sit down with jeans, I get an artifical bulge  because of the denim, which is 'rigid'. When I'm on the tube or something I have to flatten it down, or stay stood up otherwise I look like a right one! :D

Any fellow OCUKers have any solutions to stop artifical crotch bulges? I suppose if the material was tighter around the front, but I don't want skinny jeans :(

Oh, and I can't wait to get a few laughs and some serious responses from this thread (if any!)

Err... I know what you mean but I've always just left it. I guess if I got any funny looks I would then flatten it and look condescendingly back :p

Nah, still happens on button ones too! Flattening down in public is risky, gotta do it when no one is looking! Cactuscake you're brave! LOL!

Stupot..but if the mountainous area is obvious, its gotta be flattened!

and then the jokes roll on... :-D

Had a pair of jeans I really liked which had this problem.

Way to solve it is put them on wet, the denim will be very heavy when wet and should allow you to push it down, if it's not already stopped bulging. It never happened again after that, as putting jeans on wet is a good way to get them to fit exactly right.

Now that's just brilliant! Pants tent! LOL!!! My pants tent still exists. Anyone else have any suggestions? I'm not going to walk around and sit down with a wet crotch otherwise it will look like I've ****ed my pants

Also, with my current jeans I'm wearing, I regularly get stand-up pants tent because they're too big, and when i put a belt on, they sag downwards making a big bulge! This isn't the remedy for all my jeans though as they don't sag when I sit down and pants tent still survives to host a circus.
