£300 - £400 Build

Will my aunty needs a pc, its just for basic word, net, and streaming maybe some tv shows nothing really big is needed and she really wants to spend £300 but anything below £400 will do. I found a spec myself but Im not sure if its perfect as Ive never built a Pc before but im pertty confident with what im doing Lol. Anyways any helps is welcomed and thanks in advance. I also still need speakers, mouse and keyboard.

Yeah I have windows 7 professional 64Bit that should be fine right? And any recommendtions for the ram please.

You could go for 2GB of RAM:

However the RAM will only run in single channel meaning lower memory performance.

Thanks man, So all the parts should work together well right, Im not really great with AMD stuff, and I wont need a Graphics card as the mobo comes with one.
