Bought this shirt today. I thought it was quite nice, until i showed my brother it and he said 'You've bought a burberry shirt?'. I was like :( Didn't dawn on me in the shop but it looks kinda chavvy burberry colour and pattern. I've kept the tags on it, might be a return tomorrow.

What d'ya think?

Yeah I can see why it would look chavvy, but Superdry don't usually do such clothing lines.... odd really.

Take it back :p

No, it will only look like a chavvy shirt if you wear it like a chav.

Those type of patterned shirts seem to be in fashion at the moment, but personally I'm not so keen!

I think it's OK actually, if you wore it with the collar 'popped', a baseball cap and lots of cheap 'bling' then yeah it would look chavvy, but with regular jeans and a nice pair of shoes/tidy trainers it would look fine.

I'd wear it, but I'd knock yer ****** head in m8 if u dissed me reyt?

:p

It doesn't look "chavvy" but I don't like it. OcUK as a forum on the whole is borderline obsessed with worrying about "looking chavvy"

Looks good to me.
And I detest chav clothing and never wear anything that could even be classed as being remotely chavvy

The colours are the only problem, these shirts are nice but I've never seen one in "chav" colours before. Could this be a new disastrous trend?

When I think of chav clothing I think more of cheap sports wear and tracksuit bottoms tucked into socks.

When dressing up 'smart' (bless 'em), chavs seem to favour white shirts in my opinion, which is fine, but as Nitefly says it's how you wear it, if you have orange skin/spikey gelled hair and/or a baseball cap then you're gonna look 'chavvy' :p

Yeah, i see what you mean. I don't think i would have ever noticed if it wasn't for my brother sticking it in my mind

no it doesnt, its just a workwear/lumberjack style shirt thats been getting caned other the last few seasons. the colour scheme has similarities to burberry but the chav comparison ends there.
