I have a E2180 (below the min req), 4GB of ram and a 8800GT and the game runs perfectly fine for me (some settings on low, some on medium) at 1280x1024. So depending on what res you want to run at, it could play just fine as other than your CPU which is much better than mine, your other stuff is similar.

thx, I run at 1680x1050, can't afford an upgrade till april, it might run ok with some of the settings turned down. After watching some of the gameplay vids on youtube i'm itching to try it :p
 
I have a £10 asda keyboard, a £40 mouse and a £110 headset xD

Keyboards make almost no difference, its the headsets and mouses

Unless your running 5.1 surround sound and the headset is only for those few times you go to lan parties. And if you are running 5.1 surround when you change your Audio to War Tapes it really sounds awesome, top marks to the guys at DICE the audio is top notch.

I'm still using my Saitek Eclipse keyboard (the first one) which cost me £30 quite a few years ago and its still going strong, though the left CTRL really is starting to stick/not work properly after many years of abuse so maybe its time to buy a new one.
 
Yeah the g35 does look very nice, and am more inclined to go with logitech after recent ease of getting a replacement mouse.

I suppose I dont really NEED wireless but I dont have much space between my bed and chair and any cables seem to get ridiculously tangled.

Using |cUK tag as it makes the O look like a reticule.

im too busy looking at screen :D lol my mates sit theres with g15s and say but i can see people join ts :) i just lol .

for the benefit get a 100 pound hedset and forget the keyboard much better use allround
 
For headsets check the sound/audiophile forums. You can get some absolutely amazing headphones for £50 atm (normally more like £150, and very highly regarded by people that like audio as more than just a friend).

Keyboard-wise...get a cheapish logitech one..or ms one..or cherry. £10-20 is a lot to pay for a keyboard. If you want the extra space to have lots of extra display stuff, just spend the £100 you save on a secondary monitor.
