Does anyone else get sad when hungover?

It's called "The Fear".

And it is not nice. I only get it now and then, but it's like total paranoia kicking in despite not doing anything wrong the previous night!

Aye The Fear is like Hangover Plus, you get it when you use the rent money to get steaming, phone up your ex and end the night getting hit by a taxi. The only cure is to get back on the horse.

I have not got drunk for about 2 months, I hate getting drunk and don't really want to again. I mist stop drinking.

Wait till you wake up, your body temp is like 38.5, you loose the ablility to sweat, and you havent had a pee for about 20 hours

Don't think the OP means simple physical pain here, or feeling bad as a direct result of that physical pain. We're talking about that subtle, creepy emotional manifestation, a bit like being paranoid. Pretty sure it's anxiety though.

Alcohol is a depressant, thats why you feel like you do today.

Depressant does not mean it makes you depressed. It means it inhibits neurological activity.

I mostly feel like balls when hungover because I made a complete tool out of myself the night before.
