Is not just because you had smaller hands when you were younger.

I bought a Toblerone (35g) yesterday, and when I opened it this morning something seemed a bit odd. The letters on each triangle weren't actually centered on each block. I thought it must've gone through the machine badly, but I unwrapped the whole thing and the whole word was on it...

Now I'm pretty sure Toblerones of all sizes have always had at least enough blocks for all of the letters (9) and occasionally more in the Tobleron-and-on-and-on... etc. Went and checked the veritable source wiki ;) and their reference says the 35g bar should have 9 blocks too.

Mine only had 8 blocks... What's going on Kraft? Grrrr!

Have you seen bags of crisps!? Even worse. I open a bag of crisps and put them on a plate next to my sandwich and realize I need another two bags. Silly.

it is well documented that a lot of foodstuffs are coming in smaller amounts, even though we are paying the same price.

What really annoys me is that a lot of chocolate manufacturers have gone all 'anti obesity' and claim that by not making king-size stuff, they are helping the world, when all they are really doing is profiteering.

I had a packet of crisps from a multipack the other day, it said 'Only 14 calories' or something on the side, no **** sherlock, there's nothing in the bloody packet!

And they still make king size stuff anyway...

I don't want the packet sizes I have gotten used to changing (shrinking) all the time. Just make the products more expensive, let me grumble about that instead, but don't give me less fooooood!

England has this the worst of any of the countries I have been to, its absolutely laughable how little we get in our bags of crisps for example, compared to other countries :/

Over here its very common to buy a bag of 'normal' sized crisps and only to have the bag half filled or sometimes even less, in some other countries you get a bag twice as big which is absolutely filled to bursting point for about half the price and double the taste of the English equivalent :o

I wish there was a rule about packaging sizes in relation to how much of the product is inside it :(

The 3kg bag of chocolate I bought for cooking with has been shrinking over the last few months
