what film/book would you want them to make a game of (Just for you)

The Horus Heresy, awesome multi genre game, some bits RPG, some bits RTS, some bits FPS

Great idea! As usual though GW would probably hire someone useless and make a complete hash of something potentially amazing :rolleyes:

Red Dwarf idea was a good one too.

I would love to see the Steven Erikson Books about the Malazans made into an MMO, that would be epic!

I frankly dont give a flying hoot whether you think its wrong or not, the OP quite clearly said that it was games made just for you and as such indicated it was what you wanted , not what other people wanted, so reign your neck in and stop being critical of other peoples choices

hERE HERE :)

Not my intention, the over-emphasis was intended to open the post lightly so it wouldn't be seen as criticism. And in line with the OP, I weighed in with the concept but not the execution. Apologies, I didn't mean to get your back up, but discussion makes for a much more interesting thread than a long list of isolated opinions - so long as its taken as intended :)

Blade Runner but it has to look like this;

Ergo, better than the 1997 version.

I'd like a good, massive RPGlikething version of Lord of the Rings and also the Disc world series. I wouldn't mind waiting a few years for development (unless it really is magic), because Both games would have to be epically detailed and massive, and an optional multiplayer, so when you get bored of running round on your own you can turn multiplayer on and go mingle.

3rd game I'm not sure, but I think a hectic RPG/FPS probably multiplayer game of saving private Ryan could work. Epic size and detail along with uber realistic graphics would have course be a must :)
