Spec me a gaming pc specifically got Empire and Napolean total war

I want to be able to game with these games on ALL ULTRA graphics at smooth frames, i really hate slowdown. So 900 budget what can i get.

Needs to run these games flawless

I have HD Full monitor and mouse and keyboard, just need the computer spec, many thanks.
