Nope, I watched that episode.

Chris Hansen told him that because there's a child with him, he won't interview him, and he just let him leave. But when he walked out of the house with his son, the police took the boy and arrested the father straight away.

Because US law is completely different to UK law. UK law is much harder to prove and protects criminals massively, US law I would say much less so.

There was a 2 parter on ITV a few months ago where they arrested paedo's for sending photo's to intended kids and arresting them when they turned up for a meeting with intended kids.

It may be a different show but the one I saw the men had already been charged, jailed and their conditions were not to do this and that...

They then breeched them conditions and got arrested for that. Like I said, might be a different show.

I know the men who do it are wrong but when they are chatting online to a 13 year old. The '13 year old' is an actual decoy (18+).

So when the predator talks dirty with the decoy and send indecent images of themselves, it is actually an adult to receives them.

So how can they be charged with sending images with a 13yo with intent to have sex....?

Had a piece in our local paper, girl did a few "shows" for a guy on her webcam, sent him a load of pics, etc. He was 19, she was 15, so his getting locked up and going on the sex offenders register.
