As i seem to recite many around home life, thought i would put the question out to all - just what is your most favourite film quote that you may often quote in real life, whether it be actually related ti RL or just a random outburst just for the hell of it....I will start..

The Green Mile - Wild Bill Hicock
"Barbaque...me 'n' you, stinky pinky pew pew pew !"

Heat.

McCauley (De Niro) to Shiherlis (Val Kilmer)

A guy told me one time, "Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner."

It's a somewhat tragic yet moving quote, especially when viewed/heard in context with the film, not sure why it sticks with me but for some reason it does. It sums up McCauleys single mindedness and his capability to view life/relationships in an almost impassive, robotic like nature, which is also how he approaches his profession in the film and is probably why he's so damn good.

Doesn't he fall for the library worker though? I could be wrong..

My favourite file quote is that old time classic: "Cannot find \Windows\System32\hal.dll."

How we laughed!

How do you get file from film? There aren't many keys as far apart on the keyboard as 'e' and 'm'.

Mine though is 'Boris the bullet dodger. As bent as the soviet sickle and as hard as the hammer that crosses it.'

Keeping with the Heat theme...

I have a few favourites, all from Snatch....

Mickey: Good dags. D'ya like dags?
Tommy: Dags?
Mickey: What?
Mrs. O'Neil: Yeah, dags.
Tommy: Oh, dogs. Sure, I like dags. I like caravans more.

It turned out that the sweet-talking, tattoo-sporting ***** was a gypsy bare-knuckle boxing champion. Which makes him harder than a coffin nail. Right now, that's the last thing on Tommy's mind. If Gorgeous doesn't wake up in the next few minutes, Tommy knows he'll be buried with him. Why would the gypsies go through the trouble of explaining why a man died in their campsite when they can bury the pair of them and just move camp? It's not like they got social security numbers, is it? Tommy - the tit - is praying. And if he isn't, he ****ing should be.

Haha it's a tough choice, so many films, so many quotes. My favourite is probably:

Marsellus Wallace said:
What now? Let me tell you what now. I'ma call a coupla hard, pipe-hittin' ***ers, who'll go to work on the homes here with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. You hear me talkin', hillbilly boy? I ain't through with you by a damn sight. I'ma get medieval on your ass.

"My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next."

We grow copious amounts of ganja, yah? And you're carrying a wasted girl and a bag of fertilizer. You don't look like your average horti-****ing - culturalist! That's what I mean Willie.

I won't toss a coin:

"You smell that? Do you smell that? Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of napalm in the morning."

and....

"Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn."
