Any one you want.

If you run a torture test on blend you'll test all of you system, small FFT's is more CPU intensive

Blend find more errors than the other two options, so if overclocking more than 1 component Blend is needed.

Large FFT's is maximum heat, it says so.

I think the Blend produces the most all round test and thats the one i used for checking my OC was stable, i done a small FFT's after as thats more CPU intensive so tests that more, it leaves out the RAM, its also good to see if Blend is failing because of RAM or CPU.

Large FFT's is max heat and power consumption but i found the CPU got hotter running Blend.

Always blend, it tests ram and cpu and will find more errors.
