Voted for the MK3 Escort as it is in truly outstanding condition for it's age. The Megane looks a bit plain, sorry :p

I voted for the Mk1 Golf for the same reason.

Also think it's a bit underhand linking to the vote confirmation page, rather than the information/listings page

Main page link, make your own mind up :-

But sod it, I like the mental 205 but I'll vote for you m8. You have obviously put a lot of time and effort into that, nice work. I know that red painted cars can be a complete pain to keep looking good having owned a red Calibra at one point which when I bought was more of a pink colour. Bit of time and effort spent machine polishing had her back to looking mint though. :)

thanks, at least someone can appreciate the work that has been put in.

I understand that its not everyones cup of tea, and there are other very nice cars, however i dont think that some of the other entries have had any where near the same amount of work put in

sorry, it was a genuine mistake.
it supposed to be for the listing for the vehicle with the information on, but i obviously wasnt paying attention and copied the wrong URL

Fair enough - will let you off ;) I didnt vote for a different car out of spite though, I genuinely thought it looked much better....

I also know the owner of the Mk1 and it is a fine example

I appreciate the work put into it, but to me it's just a bland car. The 205 Rallye is much better, as are a few of the others.

But it's not really a competition for "the best performance car". It's a competition to decide who has put the most effort into cleaning, polishing, detailing and presenting their own vehicle.

There could be an uncared for Veryon absolutely caked in mud and scratched to bits sat next to a highly detailed, minted and truly immaculate Micra in the competition. The Micra in these circumstances would be the more worthy winner. ;)

Just my take on it all, of course.
