Xbox 360 Jasper model?

Im hearing a lot of good things about this jasper model

but can u get these in the ELITE edition or is it just ARCADE ?

Anything bought new now should be a Jasper, unless you are very unlucky

I hope mine is when I get it Friday or early next week. I would be very suprised if it isn't and will probably send it back if it isn't.

How do I confirm it is a Jasper when it turns up?

You can check that without opening the box but the chance of you picking up a non jasper unit from the high street is slim to none.

ive just done a lot of reasearch on that
make sure the amps says : 12.1 and not 14 (which is Falcon)

You can tell by looking at the box, just ask them to let you have a look at the box before you buy.

There's a little window/flap on the box where you can look through to see the back of the console, on the very left it should say 12.1a if it's a Jasper.

whilst on the subject of 360's

Are hard drives easy changeable? i.e. if i bought the elite which comes with a 120Gb, could u take if off and put another one on? or do u have to getinside the console todo that?

All 'old' stock should have been cleared a while ago. Like I said, you'd be unlucky if it wasn't a Jasper IMO.

Jasper's came out in 2008, it's March 2010, they must have sold all the old chips by now, they must sell 10K + a month in UK???
