Web based webcam chat?

Is the a website like chatroulette but instead of random people you can invite someone you know?

It would be really useful as most of my friends use windows and i use adium for msn which we know does not support webcams.

No one i know uses skype

Really looking for something web based now i know it can be done with flash 10.

No worries, I find it works well to have a skype conference call with all the people you want and just have the video through mebeam.
