You can't limit them since that would just end up with people getting stuck on a class they might not feel like playing. Defib recharge time is irrelevant, they should have a usage time. Not just instant 'res' so you can run around like a moron and get people up while dodging bullets, you should have to pause for a few seconds over the player you're ressing so you can't just do it any time any where. Ressing mid fight is supposed to be a risk, you stop moving over the body while you get them back up and risk being shot, not run upto them, res them and carry on moving without even stopping.

Medics are becoming a big problem now, impossible to kill the ones with the M60, they are far too overpowered, really hope dice release a patch to tone that class down a bit, personally I think they should make the recoil fairly high and also make them a bit more inaccurate. Assault should be the best for using these type of guns not the medic lol.
As for gaining points the best thing to do is be in a squad and use the "Q" button. Here's my best points at the minute:
