Arma 2 vs BC2

Which game do you prefer and why?

personaly its too early for me to judge but i think Arma 2 is a better game. why? because the maps in arma 2 are 100 times bigger and its not all run and gun fest infantry type gameplay. Arma 2 for me is more realistic but bc2's game sound and animations are better. Also the game phyiscs are brilliant compared to arma 2's one.

What u guys think and what the hell happened to the OCUK Arma 2 clan? L33 and co where are you guys?

Even if their two different games, ARMA 2 was a massive letdown, felt too stiff and lifeless

I have both, but could never really get into ARMA 2, BC2 has the potential to be great, if they could sort out the server issues.

I have ARMA 2 and i have played about 10-15 mins of it too much for me to get into prefer BC2 im not the best but i enjoy myself and that's all that matters.

I have Arma2. I only liked that when i used a TrackIR5 with it, but now i don't bother with FPS shooters. I go out with this:

i have both and well, i never got into arma2 as much as i have gotten into BC2 the past few days. BC2 is just a lot more fast paced, in yo face action. where as arma2 as said before is a sim and is a long battle where it could be 20 mins before you even see an enemy (espically if ya get stuck in the middle of no where )

dont get me wrong, i still enjoy going on arma2, i still find it fun as there are so may different things to fly, drive and ride in it and lots of different roles to play

Two different games completely.

ARMA II personally, I hate the single player, I hate public servers, if this was all the game offered I would never play it.
But I play it in a hardcore community of modders/mission makers/team work, weekly and it's an incredible amount of fun, without getting too mil sim, more "serious fun".

About to try BC2 for the first time, it'll be more arcady no doubt but easier to pick up and play and shoot some stuff

I don't understand why people would want to own a rifle.
I served 14 years in the royal marines 42 commando and after seeing the damage and hurt they cause, I was glad to walk away from them. They should never be allowed in 99% of the situations they exist in.

Fifa 10 and BC2 are two complete different games. BC2 and Arma 2 are not. they both share a few things. you can both drive armoured vehicles and fly heli's. Both games are fps shooters with modern type weapons. Both have a squad system. Both have different roles/classes such has a medic, assault and engineer which are ALL present in both games.

sorry but they are NOT two complete games. Fifa 10 a game with no weapons, not played in first person etc is a complete different game
