Super Special Southern Meet of Ultimate Win (Hampshire Mini Meet) IV

The passat is a PD130 so 130hp 225lb/ft but its running a bit dead at the moment and making an odd noise, not to mention drinking 5l of oil in 3 weeks.

It has a dump valve, or atleast the same noise. I didnt fit this, it came like it.

It has days where its noticeably slow as hell and around the same acceleration as my 1.6 focus, but other days where it feels like a rocketship. It seems to depend on what fuel I use, but it shouldnt because I never use crap fuel.

Trying to find its replacement but cant find any decent examples. Even upped budget to £5k. Was trying to find an estate but may have to make do with a saloon. Just means more work sealing the boot off.
 
;) Gotta love it now they've opened up the whole of the UK. I went on an imaginary hoon through Pirbright Bends this morning :D

I'm even considering NOT going clubbing the night before, so that I have no excuse not to be there.

No, Mr Booner requires a special satnav. Most common or garden satnavs cause you to end up in Windsor. Or Winchester. Or some other place beginning with W, that wasn't Oxfordshire. ;)
 
Hahaha, yes I just bought a new TomTom XL IQ, which seems to work ok....

Doubt my booner plates will be on the car by then, but the main thing is that you will be able to get a ride in a 1.4 polo Mike :)

I tell you what though, that was one of the best drives out I had all year! I somehow found myself driving around Windsor in the sun, through tunnels and over bridges with swans underneath. Then it became the most stressful journey ever when I realised I needed to be in Reading in under 30 mins. I kept ringing Peerzy, the poor guy had no idea where I was! :D
 
Reading, that's it. We were all waiting at the entrance to the carpark for about half an hour, getting sunburnt, then a huge cheer when you turned up lol :D
 
I like a grand entrance. Saying that, you lot were bright red....couldn't miss you! I had sweaty batty from the leather seats and being in a black car, made it UBER hot.

Try standing about in bike leathers!! :mad: :( Not pleasant... well not as unpleasant as when I took 'em off! :D
