Apple Store down?

Got this info from a news feed:
ZDNet said:
reports that they've heard rumors that there will be a new Mac Pro next week:

I’m getting tips in from sources who claim that Apple is set to revamp its high-end Mac Pro line, adding a ‘hexacore’ Core i7-980x model to the line up.

All information points to this happening next Tuesday, March 16th or even Friday 12th.

The Core i7-980x is Intel’s first six-core part. Here’s the spec:

3.33GHz (TurboBoost to 3.6GHz), 6 cores / 12 threads, 32nm architecture, Socket LGA1366 130W TDP

Interesting but i'd guess the iPad too for pre-orders like the US store.

It's back, I don't see any new Macbooks/Macbook Pros or Mac Pros though. No pricing for the iPad either

Back online

iPad pre-ordering in the US store is the only difference I can see..

Though on the UK store:

What's with all the blank space?

That's just the screen formatting on your display, the two iPhones show next to each other for me with no huge gap.

Formatting problem (the 3GS is meant to be next to the 3G)

I hope we get to pre-order the iPad. I suspect it's just Apple favouring their home nation, and everyone else will get it on general release as normal as supplies are low on launch.

Sigh.

I reckon when we get iPad prices a lot of us are gonna have second thoughts on the device...for the bad...

I hope not. I'm really looking forward to the launch so I hope they don't price me out of the market! Its the base WiFi model i've got my eye on. :D

Either Apple are incompetent or they're the ones that troll the entire internet with needless downtime for guaranteed attention every time. Unlucky.
