People were burnt alive for being witches instead (until 1944 iirc). People are just less tolerant of this BS now we have progressed into a more intellectual and scientific society.
 
I have only read a little bit and haven't watched the video, but that's sick, poor fella, how can this type of **** keep going on for 17 years :( ?
 
If the new world order ever comes about, i suggest they create a karma system, certain areas of the earth are divided up ranging from good to bad, so scum like this can be among those they belong, then they can see just how 'fun' it is act like that.
 
People wonder why nobody wants to give kids today a break, this is the perfect example of why ... I bet they dont even feel one ounce of remorse, how that poor man must have suffered :(
 
I hate to say it but it made me want to go up there and find those scrotes that abused the poor guy, and beat the **** out of them and their parents.

The UK is getting ****** up on a daily basis because of anti social behaviour especially amongst children. And nothing is ever done about it.

When will the government pull their finger out if it ass and start to do something about it: Jamie Bulger, Ben Kinsella, Damelola, the poor woman and her disabled daughter to name but a few people who have suffered beacuse of teenage abuse and violence, now this guy....its a ******* disgrace and is what makes the UK a ****** up place to live in.

One day its going to kick off big time, one day someone will fight back (See Epic Beard Man on YouTube) and cause a **** storm.

I hope I'm alive to see it

A sad story. But i agree with this above ^^

Most of parents of these lads will be as bad, if not worse. My guess is, if the Police did have enough man power/time to take 10 drunk, arrogant, obstructive, aggressive boys home, most of the parents would either:

-laugh
-tell the police to **** off and leave their little darling alone

What can you do?!

European Court Of Human Rights....they know they can't be touched because to do so would be breaching their rights so they literally get away with indirectly killing someone
 
i know but it just goes to show - that factors outside of the child just being a little screb can occur..

for a seriously messed up case check my case from Wigan on the previous page where there was a systematic and prolonged abuse of someone by teenagers who then beat the guy up to an extent that he was unconscious - unable to move - they threw him into the river KNOWING THIS - and somehow they only got done for manslaughter and not murder:(
 
And this is the exact reason my younger brother with mental learning disabilitys among others doesnt go out of the house, unless im with him as an escort, hes 22 this year and has no life, i wouldnt wish it upon anyone. The police along with the council should have done something to protect the man from the abuse,
I mean, we 'normal' and i use that lightly people dont like being harrased and do everything in our powers to get it stopped and in some cases, can cause depression and what not. Now imagine all that and not really understanding things fully and the whole reason they are doing it

This country is not the only one, you will find it in most countrys you go to, just this one is more wide spread than others.
 
Of the entire human race? It's stupid to put everyone in the same basket, there are some incredible people out there.
 
I'm going to lay this at the feet of the government. Specifically on the ridiculous way in which our social services system is run. They are grossly underfunded, inadequately trained for the **** they have to deal with and universally hated. Without a well organised and respected social services system, these kids will continue being much as they are now. The majority of their parents will just be quite thick, you hear terrible things like "well the last four were bad kids, but this one will be good, I just know it". While they should bear moral responsibility for their offspring, it's not reasonable to hope they will work out how to raise kids well by themselves.

It's frustratingly short sighted. More money spent on social services will lead to less crime, less abuse and more productive people. It'll easily pay for itself. However people hate social services, so we cut their funding. It leaves the one group who really should be placed to deal with things like this unable to act.

Modern democracy at its finest. :(

Dont blame anyone for this kind of thing. Why are we surprised/shocked/saddened - this is how humans are unfortunately.

I suspect that the youths did not set out to intentionally kill the old man. They were just doing what all animals in a pack do.. prey upon the weak/the different...prolly just for fun.

As long as you fit in you wont have any trouble.
