Meh. They should have just made it so you had to register your BC2 game with steam. Then you could play via steam. That would be a much better option than what we're currently having to put up with.

I'm sure would rather wait 2 more days (how long was they waiting for the game?) Than put up with the crap they have already :P

BC2 server browser > crap
BC2 friends list > crap

Steam server browser > win
Steam friends list > win

I love how during those days Steam people were crying and whining no end, but now think steam is the best thing since sliced bread.

I don't know what you do, but I login and go onto TFU server and play. Why do I need anything else? :D

No - they should stop screwing around trying to squeeze more $$$ and merge XBOX Live with the PC, I know consoles blah blah but it actually works and most people have a PC anyway - problem solved.

EDIT: Is anybody elses "PLAY NOW" not working? it searches for games...please wait then displays "please wait" and does nothing, rebooted, restarted still the same, this was working fine before for me.

GG EA, new hardware and new problems.

Yeah, mine are back now too. They really, really need to fix this carp, it's been over a week now and I've seen no change in the bugs.

Haha. I remember back in the days of CS 1.6 etc when the Steam friends list wouldnt work. It was terrible for years. It was the main reason me and my clan mates at the time signed up for xfire. Now though, it is awesome. It's light years ahead of BC2.

The friends list "feature" has been there for ages :D It used to just stand there for nothing lol. Good times, that and steam always refusing to open.
 
Which maps have UAVs and helicopters?

Also, how do I go about adding the TFU server to favourites, it must be in this thread but I cannot find it.
