5870 vs 5970 bad company 2

As for game being badly optimized, ********.
Recommended spec is quad CPU, and i run C2D

It either does not really need quad, or it is fantastically optimized for C2D

Word is that game likes high CPU clock.

Looks great too.

I've asked this in few thread

in DX 11. is the AA working 100% for you.
Is the fences free from jaggy lines that you get with Less AA.

as via DX 10 MAX, i still get in places, jaggedy lines ?

single 5870 is more then enough for bc2 even on dx 11 , i max out bc 2 on 260gtx dx 10

You max out on a 260. at what res ?

my single 275 via multiplayer, was far to stuttery for me.

when i added the 2nd one, it was 100 times better.. i think it was a dud anyway, as i't's died on me

so maybe 5850 here i come.
Was gonna see what that femi could do. but will be far over priced i'm sure

I had close look for jaggies, there are none on the fences, but sometimes shadows could be sharper.

i tried taking scrennie, but standard prt scrn method does not work, i fraps only way to get screenie in bc2?

Yeah i noticed shadows on this game are abit crap

What setting in OCC do you have ?
I also tried print screen. which didn't work.

Multiplayer is completely broken, but single player is as smooth as it can be, i managed to connect to multy game few times, and when you do it is also superbly smooth.

Highest frames i am getting are around 75-80 lowest never below 40.

yeah, you do , but if it was severe i would have it on, its minor issue that appears ocassionaly

When i tried it via sli, i had Vsync on, coz i was getting loads of tearing.
And it ran smooth as silk

just didn't look at good in DX 10 as it does in DX11
