If you're in a serious relationship that you think might go far, then tell the truth. There is no point lying.
 
My first time the girl refused to believe i was a virgin. It seems my porn moves actually did the trick and i went into it confidently. Never been asked that question though. Have only slept with 3 women in my life though, not the sort who could pull a bird randomly for a one night stand, just not that good.

Surely that should be the other way round?

If I'm in a serious relationship telling her the truth might make her run a mile. I'd like to keep her if it's serious. If it's a casual shag then telling the truth doesn't matter anyways.

But in all seriousness 6 (Not all at the same time unfortunately)
4 one night stands and 2 girlfreinds.
 
What is the point in asking someone this? If it's anything other than a truly massive number it won't mean anything, increasingly so as you get older. It doesn't tell you much about the person that you shouldn't know already. I'd be concerned more that they had to ask in the first place rather than whatever number it was for either of you.

This is coming from the female point of view by the way. I'd really rether not know as it serves no purpose whatsoever.
