Guys Weight

5'7" (maybe 8") and just over 14 stone, but I go to the gym 5 days a week, 3 days weights and 2 days cardio. ;)
 
I'm just under 10 stone for the first time in a few years, but I'm far fitter than I've been in those years, so can't complain lol.
 
5'10". Gone from 8 stone last year to a healthy 12 stone.

How did you manage this as I am in a similiar position. I tend to put half a stone on and then it all goes :confused:?

What was your diet like?

I left school weighing 8-9 stone @ 5'10 and through my year of college too, I ate really badly. Start gaining late 2008 to now I'm 11 1/2 now I do believe, a lot of this is the muscle put on in puberty, that stage came quite late for me, I was an absolute rake because of my diet and I was pretty unhappy, makes me feel ill to see photos. I did go on a pizza binge recently though, must have had 4/5 in a week! My metabolism isn't insane any more either which helps!

5'7" and 14.1st as of this morning. I think once I hit 12st I'l be around perfect, weight wise anyway

I wasn't well, and wasn't eating properly, so shed lots of weight.

As for weight gain, I lift hard, and I eat lots. No sweets/crisps/alcohol.

Yeah kind of same here, but I've never been able to put weight on, I get that 1/2 stone then boom, it goes again lmao. Maybe because I just sit around all day, I don't know.

What kind of foods did you eat that helped you? Did you have a lot of fruit and veg in your diet? Lean meats? etc..
 
I'm 5'8" and about 9 stone which puts my BMI as 19.2 which is nicely in the normal range albeit the lower end.

I eat healthily, walk a lot and do a good 4 hours of exercise on a Saturday and now the snow has gone I'll be starting running again. The main thing is I'm happy :)
 
for about 6 years i was 9st 11, i hit 21 and now i have put on more flab, less exercise and weigh in at 11st ISH.

Really do need to get my lazy hind to the gym,

My diet is pretty good. Regular snacking on healthy things that provide nutrients/protein. Lean meat, vegetables, washed rice, that type of thing. And lots of it. Whey Protein shakes after every workout.

Sitting around certainly doesn't help ;).
