TV bosses in the US have apologised after preview clips of the Playboy channel were accidentally played out on two children's channels.

A similar thing happened when I was 10 It was around 11am on a weekend, I was sat watching Cartoon Network when the cable box switched itself off, I switched it back on only to find the channel set to Television X and they were not showing the previews, but the actual full movies Which I found a bit odd because the channels didn't 'activate' (for lack of a better word) until Midnight (Yes I used to watched the 10 minute freeview )
