Cat 10.3 coming tomorrow

same slow shutdown and bootup problems i had with 10.2's
10.1's have no issues, i wonder why this is ?
lets see how they perform
 
my heavan benchmark FPS @ 1920x1080 8xAA everything at max has gone up from 44.1 to 48.6 with this new driver i just installed (~10% increase),.. off to do some other tests :D
btw i just installed it over the top of CCC 10.2

Quick comparison. 10.1 is the most recent benchmark I had sorry. But they arent exaggerating when they quote a 20% performance increase, its almost exact :D

wow....72.4 fps with stock clocks

on 10.2's with clocks at 900 / 1300 i was getting 68.3

@ jakspyder..........that would bug the hell out of me, maybe redownload them ? i dont know mate sorry

WOW these drivers are so far bloody good.

Heaven demo on a 5870 wont post screens but can give figures.

10.2 - 1025
10.3 - 1135

1920x1200

Much bigger performance boost the larger the res but opverall im impressed :)

It would not suprised me if Ati limited the cards with drivers until nVidia were about to launched to give them a false sense of security and now nVidia are going live ASti have unlocked the full power of teh cards lmao..

5% nVidia over ati is now -10% lmao
