Guys Weight

6,2 ish aswell around the 12 to 13 stone marker. Would ideally like to be at a healthy 14 stone :P

6 foot and weight 12 and half stone.

I have weighed this weight for ever, I cannot seem to put anything on or loose anything (not that I want too) best I can do is get definition to myself, which I cannot really be bothered to most of the time :p

I'm 6ft 4 and built big! I currently weigh in at a shade over 21st but as I said I'm big built, 50inch chest etc etc.

I need to get back into the gym and get back into the 19st range before summer though! One thing which I find ridiculous is the amout I can leg press, sure it's just down to carrying around so much weight in everyday life.

I feel sorry for your mum. :(

Toned > Overly muscular > Fat* > Skinny in my humble opinion.

Just under 5'10 and around 13-14 stone - so quite overweigh, but a reasonable amount of muscle. Have been anywhere from 11-17 stone.

* obviously not morbidly obese.

6'4" here, weigh about 16 stone.

Time to shift the beer gut :p

Lol 6'4" and @ 18 stone. I'm not that unfit though, do a bit of sport. Just need to half my food input basically. I have 2 pizzas and spag bol for 2. If I don't get a job this summer I will be doing something directly associated with weight loss => exercising!

a lot of tall people here, for a base reference anatomical average "healthy" male is supposed to be 175cm and 70kg. Keep in mind the nation's growing waist band has skewed the average weight of most men and women

Add to that people with denser bones and higher muscle mass and that also skews it.

I'm 5'11,120~KG and there's no chance I could get to 70KG healthily.

I'd look and feel ill if I did.
