I have weighed this weight for ever, I cannot seem to put anything on or loose anything (not that I want too) best I can do is get definition to myself, which I cannot really be bothered to most of the time
I'm 6ft 4 and built big! I currently weigh in at a shade over 21st but as I said I'm big built, 50inch chest etc etc.
I need to get back into the gym and get back into the 19st range before summer though! One thing which I find ridiculous is the amout I can leg press, sure it's just down to carrying around so much weight in everyday life.

Lol 6'4" and @ 18 stone. I'm not that unfit though, do a bit of sport. Just need to half my food input basically. I have 2 pizzas and spag bol for 2. If I don't get a job this summer I will be doing something directly associated with weight loss => exercising!
